Robert H. Moyer is a 1973 graduate of Bates College, Lewiston, Maine and a 1976 graduate of the Syracuse University College Of Law. He was admitted to practice in Vermont in 1976 and practiced in Vermont until 1989.  In 1989, he moved to Clarksville, and was admitted to practice in Tennessee.  Since arriving in Clarksville, he has assisted thousands of individuals in filing bankruptcy, under both Chapters 7 and 13.  He has provided estate planning services to thousands of individuals and families, and has represented hundreds of estates. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and a member and former President of the Montgomery County Bar Association.
